This policy explains how AI App Startup Assistant handles account, project draft, payment, and local key guidance data.
Data we process
- Startup ideas, project descriptions, target users, feature scope, and AI requirement drafts that you enter.
- Account email, startup profile, project context, diagnosis results, template matches, and entitlement state.
- Minimal logs for stability, troubleshooting, and product improvement. We do not sell personal data.
Key and payment boundaries
- Real third-party API keys are not uploaded to this server by default.
- Real key values follow a local-first model and are used only by the browser-side export flow.
- Payment, tax, invoices, and payment methods are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
- Server logs should not record raw third-party secret keys.
Your controls
- You can clear local storage data at any time from browser settings.
- You can update or clear browser-local drafts from project pages; server-side account records remain authoritative.
- Privacy or data requests can be sent to support@mytome.top.
