Refund Policy
This policy explains refund requests, handling channels, and post-delivery boundaries for the Stack Pack digital product.
Refund request window
- Within 14 days after purchase, you may request review if no digital start pack has been generated or downloaded.
- Requests are reviewed manually based on order status, entitlement usage, and delivery state.
- Email support@mytome.top with your Paddle order email, order ID, and refund reason.
Post-delivery boundary
- After the digital start pack, agent instructions, or project handoff files are generated or downloaded, refunds are not available by default.
- If the service has been materially used, entitlement delivery is complete, or manual review has completed, refunds are not available by default.
- Duplicate charges, access failures, major technical faults, or legally required consumer-rights cases are handled separately.
Processing
- Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method.
- The site does not provide an instant self-serve refund button, so order, tax, and risk checks are not bypassed.
- This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law or by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
